im tired of screwin with this DX
if anyone has $550, then its sold, i cant ship this if u ask me to,
i can pull start it with 4 wheeler and runs just fine
but elec. start wont work, dont know why
i use pull rope but wont hardkly ever start
if u can help me solve those problems if not its for sale

well if it wont start with the pull rope and it starts by pulling it it sounds like compression to me...................... :-P

FRESH top end
i think it may something in my stator or somethin
havent hardly riden it much since top end was done
it almost jerks my arm outta socket sometimes trying to pull the rope

Maybe you need a new starter. Check all wiring. -P

If the starter is pulling your arm out like you said, it's probably your compression release. If you flip the lever for the compression release on DX, they pull over wicked easy.

Don't know much about the DX, but I do know that you can't hardly pull anything without the compression release. It is bad enough to try to kick one over when the compression release is not working right, I can't imagine trying to pull one.
