    Suzuki 230 crank bearing

How hard is it to replace the crank bearing/what is involved with these engines. I am pretty sure it is the crank bearing because I was riding it and the engine just stopped dead and the kicker was frozen aswell. Thanks in advance for the info.

you have to split the cases. there is alot of parts that will have to come off. get a manual and follow it real good. the piston could be siezed, its probably not a crank bearing

i have a crankshaft out of my quadsport 230 that i would sell you if you wanted to. it will probably end up being 300 or so if you get it done at a machine shop. i could sell you my crank for a lot less than that. If you need any other motor parts i could cut you a really good deal because i have a whole parts motor and another complete one that dont do me any good.
