Is the 350 the only one with twin head lights and a white tank. It said 250r on the seat. I was too excited when I took a look at it. I should take a walk up there and take a better look.

Sounds like a 1985/6 250R that somebody put a white tank and 350x headlights on.
it's not a 350x because he said pro-link swingarm and WATER COOLING........ Unless he thinks the oil cooler is a radiator.........

like 250r'en said sounds like a 250r with the 350x headlights on it. look at the cylinder and see how many cc's it has if its 246 then its an R if its above 300cc then you have a 350x. Sound be stamped on the bottom of the cylinder
Also if it has an expansion pipe then its a 250r

Uhmmmm, does it have a big fat top end with cooling fins? Or a slim sleek round looking top end with hoses on it.
Any color tank and any headlight can be put on any model.....

Yeah..:
250R: One headpipe and a big expansion chamber. Single headlight. Slim top end with hoses coming out of it and 2 large radiators.
350X: Dual headlights and 2 small headpipes coming from the head. Large top end with cooling fins and small oil cooler on the left.
