What would you offer?

I am going to look at these bikes today and he said we can talk about the price since I am going to buy both. What would you offer to get a good deal, but not come off as a cheap a$%?

offer him $1500 for the 250SX and $900 for the 125M (of course thats unless he wants less lol

Did you not look at the asking prices on each?

If you check the links the prices are as follows:
250sx - $950
125m - $750

Both are a little high for machines in my area. How ever they aren't in my area so the prices may in line with your local market.

What to offer: If you low ball him the worst that can happen is he says "No / Nope / Can't do it". I would make a package offer for both. What to offer is up to you, but if I was in your shoes I would offer no more than 75% ( $1200 ) for both. Personally I would probably try starting even less than that.
