picked up 2 85 ATC250R's for $250

well i went and picked up two of them today for $250 i gave the guy $150 tonight and im going back with the other $100 in 2 weeks...well one is complete and makes good compression...the other is all there but in pieces...i will be taking two and makeing one...and the one complete i think a carb cleaning new plug and gas and it will run...anyway ill get some pics up tomorrow.

haha they have been around the corner form my house for 8 years...the only reason i found them was..they put a new road in behind the guys house...so far i know the one im gonna build needs a new carrier and bearings...new rear fenders and seat recovered...the clutch cable is broke and the brake cable is frozen...but i have extras...i also havent heard it run yet...but here are some pics...im working on better one but i lost the usb cable for the digital camera...i also need a new cam and sprocket for my 350x

A guy on my road has a 200X with a Curtis Sparks motor, it has 3 flats and has sat there for at least 10 years. He says it's his sons and his son won't sell it.... I'm about to make him another offer.

update...its alive!!! amazing what cleaning the tank.. a new petcock...fresh gas and a plug can do! ps someone needs to donate a bearing carrier for the 250r and a cam for a 350x to my bikes lol
