wasn't he selling these awhile ago? i want to know the cost of one for an atc70. i've been looking at 88cc kits, or Lifan 125cc motors, but i'm curious to know of greenhuman's 200cc monster![]()

Those cases are not just whacked apart and rewelded. He is very careful and machines the cases so he can change the location of the head and still have all the proper oil passages and then he makes a machined cover for where the head originally mounted. The engine he sold on ebay was an aftermarket copy of an electric start 200 engine. He also does work on the original 200x cases which means you will have the kickstart and no battery issues. He put alot of thought into the re-engineering of the engine to do this and still have it run reliably and also be able to run a stroker crank and big bore kit if you want. There is alot of other work but all the little things he does would take a long time to explain. The only cut and rewelded engine a person is putting an atc70 is a highly modified 250r. And again, it isn't just hacked apart. The amount of work that goes into either one of these engines is staggering. Please be kinder in your description of how someone does their work. I believe the man to pretty much to be an artist, in my opinion anyway and would like to have and can fully appreciate one of these 200x engines and the amount of work he puts into them. A real labor of love if you ask me.
Im really sorry if anyone took my "hack apart and reweld" comment the wrong way. It didn't mean to make it sound like i didn't have respect fro their work. I understand that there is a heck of alot of work put into these motors, which is why i said, "i wish i had the confidence" to do this, as i don't feel that i could successfully pull it off. I know something would get messed up and the top end would probably be toast in minutes. Ill try to pick my words wiser next time i make a quick comment.

Brown shorts is right! Would be a fun ride, but with my knees stuck up under my chin it might be a challenge.
Silence is Golden, Duct Tape is Silver.
I'll apologize for being harsh then, Sorry. Keep your eye open on ebay. I'm not sure if his electric start engine sold or not. All I know is I really want a set of those 200x modified engine cases. I have a suspension 70 that one of those engines would really be a total E-ticket ride. I know he has a business and is a busy man. Good luck with your 200 engine search. If I see one of his engines listed on the bay again, I would be happy to email you about it if you were interested.
Email him at john@jmcracing.com.au i saw a couple of those engines on the workshop floor just the other day so they may be available for sale.

well now there are 200 cc kits out for the lifan motors!!!! so its getting easier to have a kickass atc 70
i'm all set with a used chinese motor for $1000. i understand all the thought and "engineering" that went into designing it. now it's a production line and it's not even on honda motors, but generic one's that everyone can get there hands on.

That 200cc laydown motor is INSANE. I want one, as well as a decent suspensioned frame to stick it in....![]()
I'm back in the USSR...
I know you can buy brand new suspension frames. A member on another website is now making them. And I guess greenhuman will be making more of those electric start laydown 200 engines. All you have to do now is open the wallet and dig deep.
Do you have more info about these frame Vealmonkey.??
On which website?
