I put the wife's 110 engine together (new top end) and the darn thing pukes oil out of the head to cylinder area. Yes the timing chain seals and dowel pins are in place......
any thoughts on how I screwed this up?

LOL, don't tell the wife!!
Don't the smaller CC 4 strokes use a head stud to supply oil to the cam area? I believe there is an oring in there along with the head and base gasket. Look up the diagram, didn't you use a manual?? You did position the oil rings correctly I hope...
