What carb?

i want to put a bigger carb on the 86 310r but i dont want to spend the money for a new race one because im cheap like that...lol. soo... heres my question what year cr250's had the 38mm carb so i know which one to buy. im looking at a 2001 cr250 carb is this the 38mm? thanks also what reeds do you recomend for a 310 kit with 38mm carb fmf exhaust and wild port work. also need to know who to contact to get a wild port job done. thanks again

Pretty much all cr250's used a 38mm Keihin of some type. Somewhere around 99 or 2000 some years had electronic powerjet. You can still use these carbs but the powerjet will be inoperable.
