Yeah, you can adjust the length of the pipe to give different power characteristics. Generally, longer=more low rpm torque, shorter=more high rpm power

yup!!!!!!!!! I have decided to put a ton of $$$ into my tri-z.So I am selling off all the hard to find parts from the 2 250rs I have.I threw it up on ebay with that price to see if it sold.If not I would keep it.Now Ithink I didnt ask enough.lol But like my other high priced parts.Thats what I wanted to sell it for.The guy that bought it has no feedback.I got nervous, but he paided right away with paypal.I am sure Ill kick myself in the butt for selling it.But I am a true Z owner. And now with so many extra and custom parts for the Z.I want to redo another one better then the 85 yellow Z.I do have that complete LRD exhaust for the Z still. That set up ill keep for a long time.

I dont know for certain,But I would imagine any silencer would work.I had it on the bike with an FMF silencer.I should have started the bike and test rode it.But something came up.The same day I installed it,I removed it.I had a lot of trouble getting this pipe after I paid for it.I overnighted the money for the seller.I had other members here helping me get back into contact with the seller. He finally came threw. I have it all ready to ship.I will have it in the mail tomorrow. All you need to do is clean up the gasket sealer he used, and go over it with some mothers or another polish. Then you,ll have a damnn near new looking pipe.If we keep talking about it.I am going to refund your money and hang it on the wall in the living room!!

Just kidding. It is all yours.Enjoy it!!!
