    84r dragbike new 300cc kit

Here is a pic of my 84 and some pics of it with the new carb and 300 motor

As a 250 it ran 5.611 in a 300ft dirt drag. Will find out soon what times it will run with the new motor.

I did some minor porting and smoothing to the cylinder and polished the head and I
think the pipe and silencer are cobra it has a reed spacer an fl350 intake, power reeds and a 36mm pwk.

That's the best air cooled 250 I've seen so far. Looks fantastic. Xtra points for using / racing it.

    Nice!

    Any port timing changes?

Have you had a chance to test and dial in yet?

I took the cylinder before i installed it and i smoothed up the ports and sharpened up the transfer ports but did no port timing changes . I went to the drags yesterday and spent most of practice dialing in the bike, i got the jetting right then the flywheel key sheered after i got that figured out i made a few practice passes and it ran great
i was having a hard time keeping the front down . After all of that the rain started and i ended up not racing, the strip got real muddy
