You can row a 200x kicker by hand...several women on this site ride and crank their 200x trikes just fine every day...now how hard could it possibly kick back. I agree with mymint you do need to sell the bike and any other bike you may own, and go get a pair. God forbid you actually got it cranked and running long enough to wreck it...that might hurt also
