    stripped bolts and screws

    i have several rusted and stripped bolts and screws on my trike and i need to get them off but i don"t know how to get them off. Any help?
    rides:
    1985 honda 250sx
    1985 honda 250es bigred
    both have seized engines from sitting any help would be appreciated i have tried letting it soak with solvents did not work

    well first try to spray lots of wd40 on em then take a drill and drill it alittle then take a punch and hit it into the center then take a small open end wrench and try to loosen it

    cut slits in the screws so a flat head can fit in the. Spray the hell out them let em soak. Then try using a impact screw driver(the kind you hit with a ). If that does not work I would move on to left hand drill bits, then if that doesn't work I would use easy outs.

    What I do is use a small drill bit and drill the center, then tap in a TORX bit and using a ratchet, break them loose. Works great.

    drill a small hole and use a easy out. After you get them out go buy yourself a tap set. retap the holes and you should be good as new. oh dont forget to use ALOT of never seize.
