Could I use jbweld to adhere a nut to the top of the oil bolt, then use a socket? Is jbweld strong enough for that? Thanks

No, JB weld would never be strong enough to take even the lightest twisting force of a wrench.

Take your engine or bike to an autobody shop. They should be able to retap to a bigger bolt . thats the only thing I can think of but probably the best thing.
