Found a site that does full size 36x24 inch posters for $18 plus shipping. The pic I used wasn't the best suited for it (a brighter one would have looked better) but it still came out pretty sweet.

Just passing it along because it's the best/cheapest I've found so far. They're fast too. I had it 2 days after I ordered it. Just upload whatever pic you want, crop it and order.
The frame is a cheapo Walgreens one.
