    Can I put a 125 jug and head on a 110 engine. It is a 84.

No, different stroke and rod length. You can still get 55mm piston kits to bump the 110 up to around 118cc. Search Ebay.

ok, if the rod and stroke are different, then what if they just used the piston and jug to get the extra larger size? yea they may have to have the jug decked down some to fit proeprly, but would that work? Then they coudl keep their 110 parts (except head itself but the 110 cam should fit) and they can keep the 110 timing.

Just a thought. is it possible?

While they look simular, the 125 and 110 jugs are different and will not bolt up to each other ( you would have some serious modifications to make ). Same goes for the head and lots of other parts.

I get the idea that Howdy has already tried this.
I bet the key to doing this mod is actually getting the 125 into the 110... surely that would not be nearly as complicated.
