definitely go with an o-ring... my dad made me buy a parts unlimited heavy duty non-o-ring chain cause "they will last forever"... 2 months later i'm buying halflinks and you can put it on its side and make a circle.. thats on an 86 200x.. put it on a 350x or a 250r and it'll eat it and spit it back out in pieces...

I have ran Rocky Mountains line of chains called Primary Drive for years. I use these on my 2 86 tri-z's and 85 Tecate and have yet to wear one out. It's called the 520 H gold racing chain. It has a 8,510 pound tensile strength and is non o-ring. I don't mud ride with them, mainly sand and dry dirt. They are among the strongest chains you can buy if you check tensile strengths. I've bought Tsubacki, RK, and DiD's and they don't do anything better, other than cost a bunch more $$, and don't even last as long. A 100 linker is only $37.42

yea good info guys, the reason im askin is becuz i bought a bigger sprocket for the rear of my 350x and the stock 90 link chain is too tight and the 92 link i bought is way to loose so i needed a half link well i bought one but it wont work on an o ring style chain, so im thinkin bout buying a regular no o ring chain, my buddy i ride with has the same bike as i do and also has a 250r trinity race quad and he said he never uses oring chains, hes always used non oring chains, said they arent worth the extra money, so i guess i dont know what to do, i want to use my larger sprocket i mean it was kinda expensive so i wanna use it, im already out a brand new 92 link regina oring chian so i gues ill have to go to non o ring chain and jsut replace my chain more often. any ideas guys?
    Thanks,
    Adam
