    110 octaine in a 200x?

    i have a 84 200x and when i got it the guy said it has a 12 to 1 compression piston in it and needs to run 110 octaine fuel does that sound right? it kicks over like a dead cow and when it hits compression man does it hurt the old leg aslo there is a thig called roost boost would that help peformace wise? thanks doug
