Ok heres the update:
I tryed to fit the stock brake hub and lock nut onto the Lonestar excalibur, does not fit, there is too much space from the nut to the clip-no biggie.
Sent the Lonestar antifade hub back to Lonestar after I called and gave them serial number of my axle, the axle is the correct 1 so the nut is bad they say.I tell them to just send my money back, they will not do so currently.That saga continues-So-I call ROCKY MTN and ordered a DURABLUE antifade locknut for a 86-89 trx 250r-they say try it, if it doesnt work send it back, np.I can and will after Lonestar bs why not???
I grab the bull by the horns and order it.Sure as a pig loves mud 2 day air I got my hub-2day-not 2 months like Lonestar-grrrr.And you know what? it fit on like a glove-went right on, clip on, turn it till it snug, alittle grunt and away I went, runs great and nut nice and tight-i AM HAPPY FINALLY![]()
so I learned this, Lonestar doesnt deserve a dime from anybody here-IMO
Rocky Mtn is very user friendly when it comes to ordering items.
Durablue antifade nuts for a 86-89 trx 250r will fit a EXCALIBUR Lonestar axle with no issue and finally customer servcie reps arent all good people.tHANKS FOR ALL THE HELP FELLAS, MY RIDE IS ON THE ROAD!!!

i wrote lonestar and told them how disappointed I am with their customer service. I was lookign for stuff for my 185s but not from them now. I'll look other places. Heck, I'd rather pay an extra %10 higher for the same part if i knwo I'm going to be taken care of. I think that buisnessess think it' sale about $. well there's more to a sale than the cost of the item. if you cannot provide good customer serivce, then your only going to get so far. unless lonestar can make a 180 in their customerservice side of things, they are going to start feeling a crunch due to lack of service.

Oh I agree wholeheartedly with you, spoke to ANGELA again today, they still say the nut is correct by there measurements-WHAT??Thats impossible.I have never ever dealt with an aftermarket company that has such poor, lack of knowledge customer service-it is like taking a blind man to a movie-they are unreal.I can't for the life of me understand there thinking, mabye thats why the don't even stock there own items, heck 2 days I got the smae parts from rocky mtn, 2 days
I will never ever go to them, I even purchased a spare DURABLUE axle for the 250 for future use, Lonestar stinks plain and simple.

Heres the finally completed rear swinger-it has the LONESTAR EXACLIBER AXLE,LONESTAR double row bearing carrier,and a new DURABLUE antifade brake hub.It fit right on to the axle-I ordered it form RCKY MTN as a 86-89 trx250r REAR HUB for all to have in there records.I took it out around the yard today-It is fast-not tooo fast but fast, great throttle response with that rad valve for sure.Heres a picture of the rear swinger.

Well, I still havent heard back from Lonestar at all on the hub, I checked the UPS account and it got to them 1 week ago.I have left messages for ANGELA for days, all unanswered.I called yesterday, sat on the phone for about 20 minutes till I got the answering machine again, today the same.CALLER ID PERHAPS at Lonestar racing?
I paid them $231.00 for it on 3/13/07-online
It arrived to me on 4/16/07 over a month later.

I have been alerted of your posts here on this forum as of late and have checked them out. I do aggree on SOME of your complaning on here - but not all of the things that you have stated are true. I am not trying to make the hole any deeper here - I just think that you are not telling the wole truth.
In the post above you had wrote (6 days ago - which is the 25th) you had stated that you had talked to me that day. That is VERY hard to believe - seeing that I was in Kentucky for the GNC ATVA/AMA National race.
You had also stated above that you had tried calling and had left messages for me for days... I again will have to disagree. I check my voice mail throughout the day and I have had never had any messages from you. I'm sorry.
We did credit your accout back for the lock nut that you had purchased from us. There was an issue with the locking nut - we are not denying that.
I again do apologize for any and all inconveniences this situation may have caused you.
In the situation that we (sometimes) do not have items in stock is because we are the manufacturer. That is why we have dealers like Rocky Mtn. ATV and noumerous others out there to stock our items. Yes, we try to stock items - but it is just not possible to do that at all times.
And on a personal note from me, I really don't appreciate that you have singled me out in this situation. I have done nothing but try to help you receive and eleviate any and all problems with the product. I have tons of knowledge about this industry - and I personally feel that I did do everything in my power to help you out.
I hope you have fun riding your 3 wheeler - and always be safe.

Angela, I will not pursue this anymore-my information in this posting is truthful, correct and I am standing by it, I cannot change Lonestar bis practices and there IMO lack of customer service.It seems I am not alone.Thanks for the credit and it is a shame that I had to post on a message board to get an answer from you/the company.

For future customers: If you feel you are not getting assisted properly. Ask for another representative. We have 6 other people here on the phones all day that will assist with any and all problems. I put confidence in Angela but if you feel that is not enough than just ask. If the sales phone lines are busy you can dial out for our operator to get any person in any department, Managers, tech, engineering etc. We all ride here too and are never looking to stick it to anyone. We are here every day 8 am to 5 pm to help. In this case I am sorry if some how you were unable to get through to anyone. As for a call back once the part was recieved. I had personally emailed you letting you know we had seen these post so I did not try much after that because you had already made up your mind on us and already purchased another product. You had posts on here before you even got your parts. So I felt the fastest result was to just give you your money back. Full refund.
This is what I see with the order.
The website does mention that you need to check stock before ordering when you start to place the order.
The parts were backordered : You got free overnight freight
Tha part seemed wrong: We faxed over drawings to check it.
It was wrong: We offered our account number to ship it back on us.
Day recieved: Your card was credited the full amount.
In between that help I guess you were not recieving any customer service. So we appologize and hope the products you do have last you a lifetime. Our Axle warranty is the best in the industry so you should have no problems there.

Hello, you screwed up, not the guy with the bike. Its your mistake your supposed to do what you can do to resolve the problem, not him. He's the customer, he has the dollars bills, you are trying to convince him to buy your product and your service to get those dollar bills.
Unfortunately at this point, you have done more damage by posting in this thread then if you had said nothing before. You now elevated yourself from being delinquent and dumb to those thieving crooks.
You should have appeased him, you could have sent him a second nut, seen if it fits, and said enjoy and sorry for the inconvenience. Now you have ostracized the man, and inturn he's gonna tell everyone he ever meets and ask an axle question about to stay clear of lonestar. And unfortunately they will in turn tell everyone else the same thing as we all know how the gossip game goes.
After this point your just digging deeper so do yourself a favor.
And heres a little food for thought any documentable transaction of a product, service, etc... With a value of $20 or more is able to be grounds for suit in any court of law in the united states, granted by constitutional right. Mind you he'd have to pay court fees, but thats cheap in comparison, to the price of your corporate attorney, the amount of negative PR, the fact that you would most likely be held accountable for the value of the part and in turn loose, on top of having all of this documented and quite readily available to the public. Its quite unarguable when some one says that lonestar tried to screw them and lost heres the linky to the court case. Do you think you'd be fired for causing this debacle.
All of these little things in life are the stuff that defines the bigger things. Pay attention.
