heres a picture of a key and dash from a 87 200X Both of the trikes I got last weekend has them on it.
So what kind of money do these things really bring? Im not parting them out, but just curious what one parted out would bring? Whats big money for a gas tank mean? I friend of mine told me probably $1500 for the one without any cracks. is that reasonable? thanks Jim

No offense but it's not worth saving. The fork tubes have rust, front fender is Maier and cracked on the side, gas tank is patched with putty and rusty inside, both shrouds have cracks, motor is seized, no exhaust, all 3 tires shot, 1 rear rim shot, no breaks all around, rear fender is Maier and has a crack by the exhaust, missing headlight, tailight, skidplates and has the wrong axle carrier. The best parts are the rear shock, grab bar and the aftermarket rear hubs.

I think Xmans got it right. Sometimes we just have to "pull the plug". A decent trike ends up costing 2000$ to get it nice, right and tight again.

Something in that condition would cost 3000$, an arm, a leg and your sister

Still a great find and lots of little parts on there to help guys like me keep my 86's alive
