    progress on the z

    i couldnt find my old thread about me rebuilding my z but even if i had ... no one replied to any of my questions or anything so....

    pretty much i started with my spare frame swinger and forks stripped and primered them then i painted and cleared them then onto other little things blah blah.....


    i chose white and black for my color scheme... and i named it ... (now before i say it whoever has the 250r named this sorry.... technically not a copy yours is a r mines a z.... ) CASPER

    so far i have a roller and my rims will be sent back with the new shoes on them... right now it has crappy gold rims and an old junky front..

    still in the marker for some parts to.... calipers are the top priority...

    i put a bid on my motor last nite... should get it soon... getting some parts painted at the moment.... no more pictures right now

    still... this thread is useless because all my other attempts to state i was building my bike back you guys pretty much ignored.... i guess i dont have a big enough name like brian raffa or dale.... (dude with the tigers) ..... enjoy.

    guess so.... quick question... whats the little plastic thing that comes off the top of the intake valve... (thing the carb goes into)?

    i do..... ill get you a picture of what happens when you try to let a 10 year old cold start it in gear.....

    is there an aftermarket boost bottle... and what does it do?

    The is an aftermarket boostbottle that was made back in the day, But im not sure what this might gain you over just using the stock boost bottle.

    I could guess at what it does, but I wont

    i won the auction for the motor but my friend has a kind of... different motor... in his back yard he said we should tyy... i know its been done... lets just say.. dale did it.
