Spark Arrestor ??? Tubine core or clamp-on
Were heading to Silver lake next weekend (9th) and of course we need to do the spark arrestor thing for fear of destoying all that sand
. I've got two options the way I see it, buy a clamp on sparky for my coffman's silencer and use it at the dunes when I go, or spend a few more bucks and pick up a turbine core silencer with built in spark arrestor and leave it on all the time.
Has anyone used the clamp on sparkys??
Has anyone used the tubine core ?? How do you like it ??? Sound level ??? Performance??
It's on a 85 250R with a old school sectional pipe that compares to a PT hi rev for power delivery if that makes a difference.
