Do you have to oil the stock foam filters? I know on Dirt Bikes you do but not sure on these little things. I am assuming you do but wanted to amke sure. It is brand new that is why I am asking and it has no oil on it as of right now.

Yes you do. As with any foam type filter, especially one that is filtering out dust. Lightly oil and toss in ziplock bag, then work oil evenly in with hands. Works great and no mess.
