    Is this a fair trade?

    I found a 83 250R for sale. I may be able to trade it for my snomobile. My sled has a completly rebuilt engine, probley not even a 100miles on it yet, a new track, a Kimpax Vantage, and a new chaincase. It is worth $1200 at the least. It is a 1991 Polaris Indy Sport 440.

    i would trade the sled for a newer r. i would think that the sled would be more than 1200 because it has just been rebuilt, and it has some upgrades.

    I think its an alright trade. Not much you can do with a sled now,but if hes willing to trade go for it! R's of all years are getting exspensive. All depends on location.

    its air cooled, personally id trade it but I never get enough snow to use a sled. I just would matter the shape of the R and how bad you want it.

    ok, bad nws guys. i will not be getting the R, as it seems he lives in S. CA and i live in western NY. plus he would have no use for a sled. sh!t happens.

    I wouldn't have traded anyways. If it was an '85-'86 R I'd do it. Wait til the end of this comming winter and see it you can't find another trade.
