Does the clutch cover need hi-temp paint?

I am starting to work on the atc 70 and I plan on repaint the clutch cover, do I need to use hi-temp paint? If so does anyone know a hi-temp grey that is close (doesn't need to be perfect this time but the closer the better)? Also, is the left cover/chain guard painted also?
