This is one of the biggest problems with old trikes. The swing arm bolt has a sleeve on it inside the frame. That sleeve rusts to the bolt, and can be inpossible to remove. At that point the only option is to use a sawzall on the bolt, doing as little damage to the swingarm and frame as possible. You can tear the machine down to just the frame and swingarm, and find someone that can fit it into a hydrolic press. This will sometimes get the bolt out.

For the motor mount bolt, you have a similar problem. The bolt is corroded into the motor.

Can you turn the bolt itself? (I assume you took the nut off lol). Sometimes it works to put a 6 point socket on the bolt head and turn the bolt to break it loose. You can use a long center punch on the middle of the nut end while someone turns it to carefully tap it out of the motor.

We recently had to have the bottom engine mount bolt drilled out of an 81 250R engine. It was totally seized into the case. The engine didn't look like it like it had more than one season on it but it must have been used in water or mud . I bought the engine from a guy I used to work with for $100. 1up put the 300 kit on this engine instead of the engine he raced last year.

I could only turn the swing arm bolt. I cut the head off the bolt and tried to get it out backwards. It moved 1/4 of an inch. Both bolts for as long as I seen the bike running were missing nuts. He was trying to rattle them out.

Does anyone know where I can see a parts fish of this bike? I tried Honda.com. If only other makers made there site as user friendly like kawasaki.

For the swingarm bolt you will prob have to use a sawzall to get the swingarm out of the frame, cutting it on both sides in between the swinger and frame, (very carefully), then bring the swingarm to a shop and have the rest of it pressed out. To ensure you dont have a problem like this again i recommend you get the plastic swingarm bushings from x-system here on the boards, they work great and wont get seized up. Take your time and try not to get too angry at it and all will be good.

If you decide to go back with standard bearings use marine grease during assembly. It sheds water a little better than standard grease. Also, greasing the swing arm bearings should be done at least twice a year to ensure siezure doesnt happen again, if you ride through a lot of water it will need to be done more often.
