Ive changed propbably a hundred atv tires with that exact same tool just the way you bought is. It works perty good. Sometimes the bead is hard to brake on tires that have been on the rims for 20 years but most the time they just pop right off.

I had one of those for 3 years when I had my repair shop. I replaced quite a few sets of car/truck tires with it. Mostly 15", 16" automobile tires. It was bolted down and it wore your butt out doing car tires. I found a Merchant's Tire and Auto that cut us a good deal on tires. We'd drop the cars off, they'd swap tires, we'd tack on 50 bux to our cost and pass it on to the customer. With $50 on top of our cost it was still cheaper than what they could buy the same set of tires at the same Merchant's shop.
The machine was sturdy and worked well for car tires. It was just a lot of work for a set of four.
For atvs, I have no experience. But for 40 bux, it looks worth it to me.
