line mountian hare scramble next weekend in PA trikes allowed(EDIT i won my class)

the Line Mountain 4 Wheelers are having there 3 1/2 mile race this coming weekend on the 9th and 10th. there site is "lm4w.org" they have quads and let trikes run 1st before the trucks and buggies.

it's the 9th for the long race and the 10th for the short course and drag racing.

i'm going to take "rex" and run that in he 2 stroke quad class. theres a 4 stroke and utility class +seperate 3 wheeler 2 and a 4 stroke class

anybody want to come? i just found out it's this weekend. it's near Shamokin PA

I have gone to this race 4 times and let me tell you, the track is crazy sick, make sure you got skid plates on yuor ride cause the rocks are nasty there, they are a great group to ride with/for, the accomendate the visitor well and the poker run is 1 of the funniest I personally have gone in.I highly recommend the bringing spare parts as this ride was 1 of the worst parts wise, I have never left without damage to date and I will be attending this year as well hopefully.The locals can ride these coasres like they are nothing, they really amaze me ever time I go, they can ride boys@!!!!!
Also the drags they have are fun to watch as well

hey mudbogger. look for me on saturday mourning i'll be in a black 1995 4x4 toyota truck with a yellow 400ex with a 87 250r motor in it. it has IRAZR tires all around. i',m racing it on saturday and mybe my 86 trx250r on sunday since it's pimped out for motocross it'll be good for the short course on sunday.

3leggeddog. they have another longer 7 mile race in the 3 weekend of September. thats on saturday. the truck go after us.

sunday is the drag races and the shost obstacle course. thats like a ruff TT course.
so if you make the trip with the other OTC guys. you can enter all 3 to make a weekend out of it. you can camp out in the pits

i ran my 85 atc250r about 7 years ago and i was the only one. they pay 100% payback to the top 5 + a trophy. since i was buy myself i won my $30 and got a trophy.

by checking the lap time papers they post up on sunday i would have got 9th out of 23 in the quad 2 stroke class

i won my class on saturday it wasa just me on REX and 2 blasters in the 2 stroke quad class. i won $72 and got a trophy

my time was 1 hour 5 minutes for my 3 laps. i won by 10 minutes. i was taking it kindof easy so i did wreck or something.

my buddies won the 4 cylinder truck class in there 82 toyota 4x4 truck. 2nd place was 22 seconds behind them.

huffa you should have came they have 3 wheeler classes. they pay money to win and give you a trophy. you get your entry fee back if your the only one.

i ran my atc250r years ago and won $30 and got my trophy. i was the only one.
