Does anyone know how aftermarket bars stack up in thickness to original 85/86 250R bars? I was thinking Renthal 7/8" bars. The reason I ask is that I ordered what I hope is that last of my O.E. Honda parts and hit a snag. The O.E. bars have been discontinued, but the grips ends and the threaded bushing that is driven into the pipe and holds the bolt for the grip ends are not discontinued and are still comming. I like the stock grip setup and would like to run it on new bars. It seems all the stock bars on eBay are bent up crap, hence the intrest in a stronger aftermarket bar.
