no, first off the chain on the 83 is on the right and the 85 is on the left, so you would have to flip the axle, but you could have chain clearance problems on the left side of the 83 trike, second you would have to fab up a rad mount somewhere, second the pipe would most likely not fit well on the motor in that frame.
