    1984 Honda Big Red Carb.

    I have a 1984 200 ES Honda Big Red. The other day it started missing and quit running. I smelled gas and noticed two small hoses on the carb. One is connected to the bottom of the float bowl housing and was open ended. The other was connected to the side of the carb. and was loose on the other end. I can't figure out where this hose goes. Can anyone help me? Where can I get a picture of this carb. assembly? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    I believe the hose on the bottom is the float bowl drain. There should be a screw next to it, if you loosen this screw the float bowl will drain. The other hose is a vent hose, it goes nowhere. I hope this helps you.
