yami blaster kick starter stuck down help!!!

i traded my jr 80 for a decent blaster it runs no prob but you have to pop start it the kick start leaver will turn it over but it doesnt come back up you can keep lifting it but never does it on its own i imagine its the spring inside,has any 1 ever had this prob ,only had the quad for 2 hours will pull it apart 2 morrow but i wanted to know if this is a common prob on theses! any help would b very useful!

I dont think its a common problem, my gf's blaster is a 89 model and the kicker works great, you may have just one in the million that dont work

I have the same problem the spring on the backside of the case it needs more tension or the spring broke.

the clock-spring inside there might have busted the tab off.
