    Rear master cylinder rebuild

Edog is right. I've always heard to blow the pistons out with compressed air. I've rebuilt 3 of them now and tried everything you have (soaking). Drill as close to center of the piston as you can get. It's not too hard to find center because the piston is concave in shape. I usually tap a 1/4 - 20 hole and then use a slide to pull the piston. Rebuild kits are still available. I buy my rebuild kits from Dennis Kirk. Last one was $32. Make sure you clean the inside of the cylinder well. With a piston seized that bad, there will be a noticable ring in that area of the cylinder. You'll be fine doing it the way Edog mentioned. Worst case scenario, if thet doesn't work, drill a hole in the backside of the cylinder and tap using pipe threads and drive that puppy out. Let us know how it works out for you.
I'M GETTING TOO OLD. IT TAKES ME AN HOUR AND A HALF JUST TO WATCH 60 MINUTES.
