    Question 22" Tires Kill 250r's??

Has anyone noticed a big difference between running 22" tires and 20" tires. I'm not talkin about traction or ability to slide and corner, I'm wondering about having the ponies to turn the bigger tires. I know I can change sprockets and gear it down and whatnot, but right now I have 22". All I'm wonderin is if runnin the 22" tires really makes THAT MUCH of a differnce power wise.
    Thanks

I've run the 22's on mine, if you seen my vids, it helped me power to wins over the new 450's... Sliding wise they are not as fun and a bit more dangerous, but I liked em

Using 22 inch tires is just about the same thing as using a 14 tooth front sprocket. Using a 12 tooth with the 22 inch tires would make it very close to stock.
