Does anyone know how to put a choke together on a 84 honda 200e Big Red. I have a screw a lever and a spring. If anyone knows how this is supposed to go back together can you please tell me.

I just don't understand how this spring hooks to the butterfly valve that opens and closes the choke. There is not a place on the valve for this spring. I thought the japaneese were smart but this is the dumbest assembly I have ever seen.
