250ES: Sources for seat cover and floorboards needed

I have an '85 250ES Big Red and I'm looking for some good sources for the following stuff:

I'm looking for a good seat cover to go over my worn vinyl cover (actually my 3rd re-cover...I keep tearing the vinyl). I'm looking for something durable and very water resistant that will last a while. I don't care if it's not the original seat cover if aftermarket is as durable or more durable.

I'm also looking for some floorboards. I prefer the bolt-on ones that go behind the original foot pegs so a passenger can put their feet behind mine. I've looked around quite a bit but really haven't found much.
