I've never ridden one let alone seen one in person,but they were the fastest threewheelers,strictly for racing. There was not only the 250,but the 500,200(i think),and the rarest of them all the 125. If I remember correctly the 250 had somewhere around 40-45hp??

the 500 is mostly a myth. everyone believes that they are only a 250 with a 500 rotax engine, and huge tires.

not true, my front fender was a factory racers spare-he rode a 500. There is a pic of one on .org, in the readers rides section. Im sure not many were made or sold, due to the fact that it wasnt commonly raced, but I bet dune riders bought them back then.
