Decided to get a little more done on the tri-z this weekend. Met up with Raffa on saturday morning! Great guy no doubt. Real comforting to know that a guy that possess his knowledge about these things is only an hour a way. Currently the shock is out for rebuild by a good friend of mine. I got the dogbone powdercoated in some chrome and replaced all the bushings seals and bearings in it. All new OEM bolts as well

Hose routing from the back two outlets of the fuel pump. Does the bottom nipple hook to the bottom nipple of the tank? The top nipple hook to the top mount back by the grab bar?

Lookin good, so just about everything on the Z will be new right? Looks like a new gas cap even

Where did you find the rubber grommets for the air box cover? are they still available OEM?

How much do you figure you'll have into it?

Wheelipop - Gromets are still available. I have extra's if need be. And access to alot more. Many yamaha's use these. Gas cap is old as the trike. Little white paint pen and a steady hand and yours can look like that too. Numbers on how much I have in it... Lots of receipts no time to tally. Not sure if i want too lol.

Bryan - Microfiche reader in my basement and i still dont think to look at it Hey man no problem on the wing nuts. They were just available the other day when i got that one. I will grab ya a few when I order the pumps this week.

According to the Man, B.Raffa.... Bottom of the tank fitting to top fitting on pump (RES)....Side tank fitting to bottom fitting on pump (ON) Correct???

Pump output to T-Fitting to on/off petcock... Out of petcock to PWK39mm...?

Out of brass fitting to vac. port on cylinder...?

T-fitting to large fitting on tank to return fuel...?

Also is this where you guys mount some fuel line to protect kicker and the footpeg? Just trying to gather all the info learned from searching threads and apply all this to one thread so I don't have a million threads on one trike

Ah okay. So what do you put some hose on the kicker itself? I remember you talking about it in another thread somewhere.

Yes brand new banshee rear resi with the other mount machined off ya got me!

Yes the tygon motion pro fuel line is amazing stuff. No one wants to buy it for its price. I just pull it off a 100ft spool hahahaha.
