They don't so much handle bad if you use them corret6ly. What makes them handle different is that the sidewall will roll. That is why the 22" square profile tires shine - no tire roll = sliding around turns. It is hard to drift with 25" knobbies - but for overall performance they are your best bet.

I know what you mean by fun for smaller tires. i have 20x11x9 duro flat track tires on my 200. The thing slides wikked and the throttle is more resonsive due to the greater acceleration of smaller tires. The only downside is a lower top speed.

I have some Strykers which are awesome in the mud, ok in dry sand, but suck a55 in wet sand. They are 25/12/9. I have the same size Turf Buster on the front and it loads up quick in the mud, but does a good job in the sand.

I have a thing for water and trails - I am not real big on the mud.

the front tire (25 x 12 x 9 CS knobbie) is on its way from dennis kirk.

As far as I can tell the turf tamers are the same as the cheng shin knobbies - but they are square... any arguments?

I have both the cheng chin knobbies 25x12-9 and turftamers 22x11-8.
The difference?? The turftamers will not be quite as soft as the cheng shin tires due to the tire profile and operating pressure. But a good tire non-the-less.

Be sure to run that front tire at 2 psi so you dont bounce all over the place.

BTW, a 25" knobby on front with 22" TT's on the back will look like a mean setup.
