Carbon Fiber Fenders ARE ON THE WAY!

Is there anyone else that would be willing to put money down for a front fender now, and then for the rears in a month or something? Same carbon fiber looking material as the quad stuff from Maier. Fenders will be in the $80 range, will know more when Maier gives Mosh a quote.

You'll have more success with this if you wait until after we get the shrouds. I might be willing to order a front fender but not until I see the stuff in person and make sure it's just as flexible and durable as their regular plastic. I think some of the other guys that ordered the shrouds feel the same way.

James, I'd like a front fender and may stop there. I'm thinking the two-tone machine would look cool. Besides, I had a custom decal made for my rears that cost me as much as new fenders so I won't be buying another one of those anytime soon.

Thats it, you don't have to buy a rear fender if you don't want one. If anyone wants rears then make your own thread for them. Need a mininum order of ten to make this happen. Put your name on the list and post it up.

It occured to me while out in the garage straightening up, are these the wide fenders I need on my 85 T3?

No, these are the skinny 85/86 Honda 250R front fender but they will fit the Tecate and even the 250SX.

A member has an SX fender on his fat tire Tecate and another member has an R fender on his SX so its all interchangeable.

As far as anyone that have ordered custom colour maier like louis and others they all have attested that the fenders are great quality and it is the shrouds that fit poorly.

As for the material, its seen on all kinds of quads...lets get an opinion from Scootero about the carbon nose on his Blaster...
