Are you put 200X rear suspension on 200S

Just got this nice 200S, and allready thinking about how I can trick it out a bit. For starters, can anything be done to add rear suspension to this rig? Would a 200X rear end (swingarm/shock/axle) mount up, or is there major fabwork (like how to attach the top of shock).

Is the 200X engine much different than the 200S?

    Just thinking out loud

I don't think the 200S even has rear suspension. Thus, you'd need to basically hand-make a complete frame for it to work.

The 200X engine has a manual clutch and a different head, carb and exhaust.

heck I thought of installing my 200S motor in a 86 250R frame. Ive got a title on my 200S so I was even thinking of swapping the neck. and keep it titled as a 200S with a full suspension and disc brakes. jim
