Ah goodfellow. Member DAMMIT here has developed a site with all the manuals. Search manuals on the site and she should pop up. Just be kind enough to donate a few pennies to his paypal. You can download the manual and use the hell out of it!
this is the best i can do for you..As far as service manual goes.
i can almost assure you it is not the coil. I have only ever seen 2 bad coils in all my years in the service department.
Its more likely.
1.) Wiring
2.) faulty kill switch
3.) stator (exciter coil)
4.) pick up coil (pulse generator)
5.) cdi
6.) coil (doubtful)
the best way to test the cdi is to test EVERYTHING else and make ABSOLUTELY sure EVERYTHING else checks out GOOD. Then by process of elimination it may be the cdi. (or swap it with a good one from a friends bike and see if you have spark)
Thanks guys that helps out a lot!!!!
