just want some input into these machine. i have ridden the rancher and like it alot but not the 500 formen. i can get the 500 for the same price as the 420.

The 420 is a FI, out pulls the 500 and is usually quite a bit cheaper (like over 1k cheaper). I'd take the 420 all day. I've been looking at these same two models for the last month. The 420 is lighter, more sport ute oriented and has the same great manual 2-4wd lever.Originally Posted by Jolly Roger

we got the "07" 420 5 months ago and i'll tell you what ..................
it's SPORTY,FAST and the suspension is SWEET !! i wished i had TWO more of them !! GOOD LUCK !!!
