ok, well i got it to idle right. i took it for a test drive to day and i have a new problem . it bogs way down, i cant give it more then 1/4 throttle or it will bog down so much it kills the engine. oh and it is back fireing when it bogs down and i let off the gas.

    still a carb problem

Sounds like you still have carb issues. I know you don't want to hear that, but... Another thing I have not yet seen mentioned here on the board; while the bike is running take a can of starting fluid and spray in short bursts around the carb intake ends. If you have an air leak, the engine will rev. Do this on a cold engine to be safer. Are you sure your throttle is returning to idle? Do you hear a click when you snap the throttle on and off (while not running)? You're getting close - and whatever is wrong now is something fairly simple - yet aggravating. Good luck and keep us updated!

ok, well, i have gone through and cleaned EVERY part and or hole i could find... again just to make sure i didnt miss some gunk. and it was clean. what i am seeing tho is it is sucking in a ton of air, is that normal? if you put your hand close to the opening it will suck your hand on to it, that is how much air it is sucking in. so when you give it gas, there is just way to much air. so when you give it gas it just cant give it enuff gas to match the air going in. how can i fix that? i have tryed messing with the screw but it dont make any difrints.

First off, when you took the jets out, did you put them back in spec from what the manual asks? You might have put one in wrong. Are you running an airbox with filter? That could be your problem. If your not running a filter or anything you are just sucking in raw air and it might be to much for your carb to take.

I would try to get a filter stat....this might be one reason your running bad. All the crud that is coming in there. Have you cleaned your airbox as well?

    You need a filter asap

Running without a filter could definitely be a problem. Before you do anything else, put a good filter on it. May well be it. Let us know.

one thing you might want to check if your bogging down is intake manifolds for leaks and the filter being to restrictive or clogged I had a problem with that on one of my 110s (homemade filter)

my vote is a mix of points and carb issues.

    84honda may be right

Yes, it may be a points issue. Easy to check. Gap should be .012-.016. If gap is ok, check the contacts for corrosion and burn.

you may be getting too much air being open like it is. Do you have the airbox? I don't see it hooked up in the video - just an open carb. Hook up the airbox and use an old sock for now and put it over the element.
