well i have to say that even though my dodge is brand new(2003 QUAD CAB 4X4 MAGNUM V-6) loaded. that i have to say its the best truck i have ever driven. better then chevy, ford and toyota and nissans. and i never was a dodge person till i bought this one and its the best truck and comforting vehicle on the road today. ford is close but chevy cant touch what these trucks do today. 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

g-man, dont put a load on that dodge. we have 2 one ton dodge duallys and within 2 months i have replaced 3 u-joints, 2 rearends went, and one tranny had to be rebuilt.they are years 2000 and 2001. they are good running trucks until you put a load on. but just remember Ford stands for First On Race Day, and For Off Road Drivers.

as a diesel mechanic, i know a little about pick up trucks and heres the scoop. Ford has...best susp. best frame. best 4 wheel drive. they are the best pullin truck and off road truck. chevy has...crappy everything, the only thing chevy has goin for them is the alison auto tranny. dodge has...crap rears, crap tranny, crap drive lines, but good engine power. so ford has all the stock goodness. the perfect truck would be a Ford pickup with its frame, drive line, rears, Dodge cummins turbo diesel, and chevys allison auto tranny. thats the perfect truck. the reason you see so many souped up chevys is because they are very easy and cheap to find aftermarket parts. and thats the only way to make a chevy worth anything is to re do it. i work in the cattle hauling business, i work on semi trucks, but we do have a couple trucks that pull goosneck. they are dodge and they have the engine power but everything else sucks. you hardly ever see a chevy pull a goosneck. you see mostly fords. well im done

You guys need to read and watch more truck reveiws.the ford makes
more torque but thats about it.the chevy has the bigger pay load, can tow
more, rides better, handels better, and the tailgate is lower for easier
loading of cargo(after all trucks are made to haul cargo)i don't think that
lifting a truck does it any good.most people that do that have so much $$
in them that they won't take them off road or work with them.these people
just drive around town THINKING they are cool.oh yeah i almost forgot
i see lots of chevys and gmcs towing fifth wheel trailers.

THIS IS CHEVY COUNTRY ON A QUIT NIGHT YOU CAN HEAR THE FORDS
    RUST.
PS THE CHEVY LOOKS BETTER TO.DON'T YOU BUY NO UGLY TRUCK
