    Tiger Engine Jug Hmmm??

I was looking at some old pics and found a pic that made me look twice. This is a early eighties Can-Am bike with a liquid snowmobile jug on it. The bottom end is the same as the Tiger engine. I might have to see if these Ski-Doo jugs will bolt right on my Tiger engines. Kinda cool looking engine...........Heres the normal air cooled engine. Also check out the Radiator shrouds.

I was wondering that too if you could take a R.A.V.E 440 mxzx jug and mount it. These came stock with 96HP twin cyl. that is. I bet if you could get this jug to work and ste it up correctly it would probably make the Tiger 500 air cooled look sick.

If the ski-doo jug did fit the 250 bottom end, it would work on the 200 and also 125. The 500 has a different bottom end. Also the Can-am 125,175,200,250 engines can run the waterpump for the cooling. Not sure if you could put the pump on the 500. I think the Tiger 250 had 44 or 45 hp anyway.

Well its been awhile since I started this thread. Heres a pic of the Tiger jug and Ski-Doo jug. The height is perfect. There is a few extra intake ports on the Ski-Doo jug. The 4 stud holes are off by a half a hole on one side and 3/16 on the other. The good thing is that there is plenty of metal to narrow the holes in close together. Also the long port on the Ski-Doo jug would have to be plugged up, I think?? I think it would look pretty cool on the Tiger engine. Im gonna mess around with this a little and see if it will work.
