When im giving my 3 wheeler gas it doesnt smoke but when i let off it smokes and if i get back into it itll smoke for like a couple seconds then go away till i let off again. The whole top end is new y is it doin this

If the top end is new it may need to break in and let the rings seal..

I was a little worried about my 200x smoking and using oil until I got my 250R. It smokes big time! My 185s smokes and uses oil also. I'm not going to worry about it for a while.
In reality, the smoking when letting off is probably the valve stem oil seals. Not sure what they use but could they have been damaged upon installation?
