    need info

    i need info on a 2 stroke moter. ok i just bought a 2000 blaster and the top end needed redone. i took it to the shop the guy said he has done this one a few times. he said the crankshaft seals are bad. now if theyre bad wouldnt it run crummy? or will it blow pistons and score the cylinder?

    prob will suck in air and or oil. replace as he says, if it blows up its hes gotta rebuild it again most times for free.

    Depending on how bad the seal is is how bad it will run. If real bad it will suck air like crazy. It will also smoke like mad, check your tranny fluid. The right way to test is do a leak down test. I would NOT run it if it is bad if you do good chance you will be replacing the crank to.
