hi everyone, i would like to know of how to get a title and or registration for my atcs' . but i have no info on history of prior owners or bill of sale. at least one is from out of state, maybe both. -any help here?

I am not going to recommend publicly, writing up a bill of sale, but I see no way around it in your situation. Maybe an affidavit??
The Florida DMV wants your $38.95 bucs, they wont put any of that money back into our riding areas anyway.
Keep in mind whatever the bill of sale says for price is what you pay in taxes.
