    Exclamation throttle problems

I just replaced the air and oil filter, and changed oil in my quad. Today I noticed that it wants to die with a little throttle. It won't just creep along real slow like; the engine slows down and bogs, and sometimes dies . I'm having to drive it like a 2-stroke, and this is a big Foreman 450S 4X4.

I assume that I just need to clean the carb. What do you all think?

Another question: Anyone ever put an oil filter in wrong, if so how can you tell and what happened?

I would check your pilot jet. It might be clogged up (the little holes do that a lot) with some varnish or something, causing it to run poorly at low throttle.

Putting an oil filter in wrong = BOOOM NO MORE HEAD. If will not flow any oil and cause an oil shortage in the cam/valve/etc area, and you'd have probably blown up your motor by now if you did it wrong.
