    cant get my 250sx idiling...

    carb is absolutly clean. NOTHING plugging. Starts right up now but will not idle.
    could it be timing? How bout my plug? it is fouled but would that stop it idiling?
    it does pop a bit on deacc.

    I would adjust your valves and mixture screw. If it pops on deacell I would raise your needle one clip setting till that stops but doesn't sputter from being rich. Sometimes a carb just needs a rebuild kit. My 200x was cleaned up with no crud and I couldn't get it to idle. A rebuild kit fixed it right away.
